Who we are
Keepsake Fundraising is operated by Cloud Development Group LLC, a for-profit company in Gurnee, Illinois. We are not a charity. When we run a fundraiser for a group, an agreed percentage of each item's price goes to that group, stated in writing with them beforehand and shown on their page next to the prices.
For supporters
Items are made to order
Nothing is printed until the fundraiser closes. Because each item carries the wording you supplied, it cannot be resold, so orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started. Contact us before the closing date if you need a change.
Spelling is yours, accuracy is ours
We print the wording exactly as you enter it, so please check it. If we print something different from what you submitted, or an item arrives damaged, tell us and we will replace it at no charge.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the group after the fundraiser closes, unless that group has chosen to offer shipping to your home. Delivery timing depends on the closing date, which is shown on the group's page before you pay.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card number. Prices are in US dollars and shown in full before you pay.
For groups running a fundraiser
A written agreement comes first
Your share, your dates, your products and your payout are agreed in writing before your page opens. Your page cannot accept orders until that agreement is on file — this is enforced by our systems, not just by policy.
Your payout
Your share is calculated on the paid item subtotal, excluding tax and any shipping, less refunds. It is paid by check mailed to the address you give us, after a short refund window following the close of your fundraiser. We record the check number and the date it was sent. We never ask for bank account details.
If payments to your group reach the amount at which reporting is required in a calendar year, we will need a W-9 from you before paying.
Logos
If you ask us to print your logo, you confirm your organization owns it or is authorized to use it. We do not print sports, character or brand marks belonging to anyone else.
Products are not children's products
Our items are keepsakes and signs for adults, families and facilities. They are not toys and are not designed, tested or marketed for children twelve and under. Please keep small items away from young children.
