For families ordering from a group’s fundraiser. If you run a group and are weighing one up, the main page answers the organizer questions.

When will my order arrive?

After the fundraiser closes, not immediately. We print the whole fundraiser at once so the group gets one delivery, which is what keeps there being no shipping charge. Your receipt shows the closing date.

Where does my order get delivered?

To the group running the fundraiser, unless that group has chosen to offer delivery to your home. They hand items out with a packing list showing which items are yours.

Can I change the spelling after I order?

Contact us as soon as you notice. Nothing is printed until after the deadline, so there is usually time. Once an item is printed with a name on it, it cannot be reused.

How much of what I pay goes to the group?

The percentage is shown on the group’s own page, next to the prices. It is agreed in writing with each group before their page opens.

Is my card safe?

Payment happens on Stripe’s own secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.

What are these made of?

PLA, a rigid plastic made from plant starch, printed in multiple colors. The lettering is raised and part of the object rather than a sticker or a print that wears off.

Are they dishwasher safe?

No. PLA softens in high heat, so keep items out of the dishwasher, a hot car, or a sunny windowsill for long periods. Wipe them with a damp cloth.

Are these safe for a small child to play with?

They are keepsakes for adults and families — ornaments, magnets and nameplates — not toys, and they are not designed or tested as children’s products. Please keep them out of reach of young children.

Can I get a refund?

Items are made to order with the wording you supplied, so we cannot resell them. If an item arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it.

Search for your group by name on our home page. Only fundraisers currently taking orders will appear there.
